1. The Walker Sisters trail is a low impact hike back to a simpler time. See how these amazing women lived in the National Park as recently as the 1980s. Located just five minutes from the cafe. Turn right on Hwy 321 and left on Line Springs Rd. Once in the park, cross the one lane wooden bridge and park in the picnic area.

2. Cades Cove is an eleven-mile scenic drive through the National Park. It is frequented by millions of visitors each year. This richly preserved window into history is a must see. Bears and other wildlife are abundant in the Cove. From the cafe, turn right on Hwy 321, then left on Live Springs Rd. Once in the park, cross the one-lane wooden bridge, and turn right at the stop sign. This will take you the scenic route to Cades Cove.

3. The Foothills Parkway was recently completed after decades of on-again, off-again construction. The views on this 30-minute drive are some of the most beautiful in the Smokies. Visitors also marvel at the engineering of its winding mountainside bridges. From the cafe, you’re only a minute away! Turn right on Hwy 321 and right again in a few hundred yards at the entrance to the Parkway.
